Cosmetic Dentistry Services Make Your Smile Shine!
Cosmetic dentistry is really the fun part of being a dentist. It's really the best experience someone can have here at the office. Sometimes, it involves being numb for the procedure, but just in a small area of your mouth. Other times, patients are surprised to find out they don't actually need to be numb to have cosmetic dentistry here in the office. We have lots of patients who maybe just need to fix a broken or cracked tooth, maybe it's just one or two teeth. They're surprised to find out you don't always have to be numb. There's not always drilling or something else scary about having dentistry done. It's really the best kind of visit here at our office, is the patient who wants to just fix one little or two little things about their smile.
We also see patients here who want and need everything changed—they just need to hit the reset button. We're a great place to do that. We can take someone from several years without being to a dentist that they have major needs, or they need to change the way their bite comes together, or their front teeth look. Maybe they're missing teeth or they have some teeth that need to come out. Or, maybe it's just the little things, but we can take someone and give them an exact game plan: step one, two, three. “What does it take to get the smile that I want? What's involved?“ Then, usually there's options.
There's this option A we can do; it's cosmetic. There's option B, and it's also cosmetic, it's just a different way to get there. A great example would be, “I've got these two or three teeth, and I want them straight. What are my options?“ Some patients, they find out that they've got a couple of options: they could either get Invisalign, straighten those teeth over the course of a year or, some patients have always wondered, or they just assumed, that something like veneers were too expensive, or it was a lot involved. Once they're here and they find out it's actually a very easy procedure, and, “I can have those straight perfect teeth in two visits instead of waiting a year for Invisalign to be over,” a lot of patients like the fact that they have different ways to get to that perfect smile that they want.
Another option is, if you're missing a tooth, especially if it's a front tooth, and for that, we can give patients options. We offer to do implants here in the office to get them restored cosmetically. At the same price, we could do other options like bridges—procedures that only take one visit. They can restore a missing tooth, have it look just like their natural teeth, and go on with what they have in just one visit.

Choosing Bonding or Dental Veneers: Which Is Right for You?
If you’re unhappy with a space between your teeth, the shape of your teeth, or small flaws in your teeth, you might be interested in tooth bonding or veneers. To bond your tooth, your dentist will apply a tooth-colored paste to your tooth, shape it to your liking, and then harden it under a UV light.
If you want a longer-lasting treatment or are dissatisfied with the look of your entire smile, our office can adhere porcelain veneers to your teeth for a beautiful, flawless smile. Our DURAthin veneers allow your dentist to apply your veneers without harming your tooth enamel.
